Litigation services platform Proof Technology has raised $30.4m in series B funding to expand its online marketplace. The platform, which is utilised by over 5,000 law firms and government bodies, helps users serve or file around 20,000 documents per month. The firm aims to accelerate revenue growth with the funding, with plans to expand its electronic filing capabilities and introduce artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tools. Tony Denny, a partner at investors. Next47, will join Proof’s board as part of the deal.

Proof Technology has raised $30.4 million in its latest funding round as it looks to expand its online litigation services platform. The funds will be used to introduce further artificial intelligence-powered services, while the firm is also aiming to accelerate revenue growth and expand its electronic filing capabilities. The platform currently serves more than 5,000 government agencies and law firms. Proof uses a network of servers within the US to help process documents more quickly than average, with a higher rate of delivery success.
